Camp Notes
Dates: July 23 – 28 2000
Ages: Boys and Girls 8-18
Check in time between 1:00pm and 3:00pm SUNDAY afternoon.
Check out time will be the following FRIDAY at 11:00am.
Final games and awards at 9:00am FRIDAY
Over Night Camp fee is $418.50, which includes
meals, lodging, use of equipment, instruction and accident insurance.
Commuter Camp fee is $297.50, which includes
participation in camp from 9:00am to 9:00pm and 2 meals. Commuter camp
begins on Sunday at 1:00pm.
A
minimum of $190.00 deposit must accompany the application. Pay in full
by April 30th and receive a $20.00 discount and special camp
ball.
A
$30.00 service charge will be deducted from all tuition refunds to cover
the cost of processing the original applications. All refund requests must
be received in writing no later than two weeks after the camp.
Group Rates
Application for group rates must all be sent in
for processing at the same time.
Group of 10 - $10.00 off
each application
Group of 15 - $15.00 off
each application
Group of 20 or more -
$20.00 off each application
What to Bring
Each camper should bring sneakers or indoor soccer
shoes, outdoor soccer shoes and/or hard ground shoes, shin guards (mandatory),
sweat socks, t-shirt, swimsuit, protective raingear, two twin sheets, blanket
or sleeping bag, pillow cases, towels, medical release forms, and fan (optional).
Free soccer shirt and a soccer ball will be given
to each camper.
Camp Bank
Campers may deposit money in the camp bank and withdraw
it daily. The bank accepts cash only.
Advanced Preseason Camp
This concept in our camp program is designed to
give the camper with an advanced level of experience a greater challenge.
The program will be geared to meet the demands of increasing competition
in all levels. Player must be on a high school or select team, must be
12 years or older, and in the judgment of their coach to be highly talented.
Coach’s signature is needed to verify ability.
Medical Release Form
A parent or guardian of each camper is required
to sign a medical release form, one will be sent to them by the soccer
camp, which attests to the camper’s good physical health and ability to
participate in soccer camp activities.
THIS SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO CAMP ON THE OPENING DAY
AND SHOULD BE PRESENTED AT REGISTRATION TIME.
