Ballerina Bear just LOVES music. She made up her own one-bear-band.

Digibear and Ballerina Bear both completed their Bear Reading. They each read 300 minutes every month all during Cub School. Their prize was a trip to a skating rink. But bears don't skate very well. So, Honey Bear took them to buy books and then to Chuck E. Cheese. (Contrary to what you might think, Bears and Mice get along great!)

Digibear and Ballerina Bear had a Dance Festival at the end of school. Digibear shed his bear image for that of a bunny. He danced to a chipmunk song and he did the bunny hop.

Ballerina Bear came as is for her dance "I'm Going On A Bear Hunt." You'll really have to hunt to find her. Honey Bear tried to help by circling her in red.

Digibear went on a fieldtrip to the zoo. Is he bear? Or is he ape?

Ballerina Bear had her first fieldtrip. It was to a historic farm. Ride 'em cowgirl!

Easter Morning 2001

(As you can tell, Papa Bear is the photographer. Honey Bear's pictures still need work. At least she didn't cut off their heads.)

It's Easter Bunny time! Don't you just love how well bears and bunnies get along?

At last, the new playset is up! Hey, one of those cubs looks a little big.

DigiBear won 1st Place in the lower grades (K-3) at the Science Fair. His project was on using magnetism to erase a floppy disk. Those disks are safer than you think. DigiBear couldn't erase a floppy disk with an electromagnet or even a library book sensitizer. It was an eye opening experience.

Ballerina Bear won Honorable Mention at the Science Fair. She was the only Kindergartener who entered. For her project, she charted the weather for 30 days.

All aboard the Polar Express! The Brown family rode on the Polar Express this year. Papa and Honey Bear refer to this as the Red Eye Express.
