Schoolboys' UK Tour
The 1999 Open Australian Schoolboys
will tour England, Ireland and France at the end of the year.
This four-yearly event is the ultimate reward for those talented
players selected in this prestigious team.
ACT's Mark Greer will coach the
team, while ASSRL secretary Kevin Sharp will be team manager and
Michael Fischer tour manager. Peter Sinclair of Brisbane's Carmel
College will be team trainer. 'Sinkers' is coach of the Wynnum
Seagulls' A grade side.
The team will leave Australia on 20
November and return on Christmas Eve. Details of the itinerary
will be published here closer to the tour.
