The funky shapes in this set are created from a family of fonts called La Morte by Ursula Adler.
You can download the entire webset here. The set includes the html documents and graphics in .jpg and .psp format. You will need to download a copy of PaintShop Pro 5 in order to place text on the button and title graphics. When you open the .psp files in PaintShop, click on View->Image Information then on the Creator tab, the font used as well as the settings for the cutout/drop shadow effects are provided.
