Raymond ABBOTT-BAERGA Escape ABBOTT escaped from a Puerto Rico state penintentiary. The original charge was smuggling guns. He has threatened federal officers in the past. He should be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS.	Maxwell BOGEL Kidnapping, Rape, Robbery Failure to Appear for Sentencing BOGEL was convicted and sentenced in absentia for kidnapping, rape, sodomy, assault with a weapon and attempted murder. He allegedly collected debts for a Jamaican drug organization. He would kidnap the debtor's family, then sexually assault the children. He allegedly raped and sodomized a 12-year-old girl. Bogel is also wanted by the INS for illegal re-entry into the U.S. after being deported as an aggravated felon and illegal alien. He should be considered ARMED AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.	Larry Porter CHISM Failure to Serve Federal Sentence CHISM  is wanted for charges stemming from his escape from the Lonoke County Jail, Arkansas in December 1978. CHISM was serving a 40-year state sentence for armed robbery and narcotics violations, and an additional 30-year federal sentence for kidnapping and airplane hijacking. CHISM shot and seriously wounded a correctional officer during a previous escape.	David B. WALTERS is also wanted by the San Diego Police Department for homicide.

Garrison was on parole for a murder conviction in the killing of an Arlinton County (Va.) police officer during an 1977 armed robbery. LEWIS is associated with organized crime and is known to be heavily armed	John Vincent VU Violation of Probation VU has been charged with violating federal probation for his original charges of bank fraud.
