This is a Victorian XS Christmas stocking.

On aida, outlined in gold glitter thread is around a Victorian Santa scene. In it Santa w/ a cane carries many toys & oranges in his sacks for good girls & boys ;-) Outside the outline are holly & scrolling looplines. Above the outline my nieces name is centered.
On the stocking 6 metal items R sewn on : 1 is a bell on the elephant's neck near the toe of the stocking, 2nd is a star in the upper right of the outlined area, 3rd is a toy hanging from the dolls hand in the bag on Santas back, 4th is a clock hanging off Santas left side, 5th & 6th R two toys, namely a ballerina & a tin soldier, hanging from a hand of the clown near Santas left hand. There also is a red cord tacked in place to look as tho it were hanging from his belt. The teddybear & elephant each have a velvet bow on.
