My first XS on linen : 1 of MLIs angels

This beautiful angel just begged to B done by ecological minded me, but B used (ie, stay) in a Victorian household. [Sisters R such convenient things to have :-)]
The design is done on 28 count amber linen w/ cotton floss. It certainly took me awhile to get used to stitching over 2 threads & the other new rules in linen stitching.
Along w/ the regular XS, there is BackStitch & LongStitch.
'She holds the whole world in her (gentle, loving) hands'.
