Sparkles Class & Competition Etiquette

  1. Attitude is everything. If you have a good attitude about working hard in class and practice at home, you will become a good dancer.
  2. Come prepared to work.
  3. Wear the correct Uniform.
  4. Go to the toilet before class.
  5. Arrive to class early enough to change and go to the toilet before time to start.
  6. Don't argue with the teacher.
  7. Don't moan and groan about what you have to work on.
  8. Team Spirit will go along way to help your fellow class mates. Let your class mates know that you care how they do and how well they are going.
  9. Support and cheer for them at competitions when they win even if they beat you.
  10. Help each other get ready for competitions.
  11. Warm up together at competitions.
  12. Older students should help younger students, but do not BOSS them.
  13. Have respect for yourselves and your class mates and your teacher.
  14. Respect for the teacher this includes paying attention, trying your best all of the time whether or not you are being watched. When you are corrected, do your best to fix the problem. I know that problems are not always easy to fix instantly.
  15. Do not laugh at or tease your class mates because they have trouble with things. Remember that you will have trouble with things from time to time.
  16. Treat your class mates the way you want to be treated.
  17. Keep your brains turned on and only speak after thinking.
