Yet another member of the Legion of Superheroes. Having chosen to do this particular
costume I had a problem finding quality images to work from off the net. In an issue that
I have the skirt appears to split in front. So I did it that way. Later I find out that
it actually wraps around and has no split. Well, I like it this way so I'm leaving
it as is.
