Black Mood

I'm in a very black mood,
The kind you can't escape.
I leave a trail behind me
Of mouths completely agape.

I'm wearing black today
To cover all my skin
And if you bother with me,
I'll kick you in the shin.

Darkness follows me
Wherever I chance to go.
So if you like the light,
I'm not one you should know.

My eyes that should be green
Are black as coal can be.
The devil's playing havoc
With my soul as you can see.

So lean close for a kiss
And see what you will get:
I'll bite your nose and slap you,
And you'll be sorry yet.
