The Dreamer
He comes when she needs him,
This dreamer so true,
And tells her she's special
A dreamer, too.
He reads her written words
And sees much more
Than some who've visited
Many times before.
Although she's secretive,
He's peeked inside.
Her heart, mind and soul
She cannot hide.
He sees her needs, her love
And her lore.
He's bitten the apple
And found the core.
And so she's intrigued
With this new friend.
She hopes he'll continue
And dreams won't end.
