The harbor of Monte Carlo was beautiful with boats of all kinds and sizes. The city was in the final stages of preparation for the Grand Prix. Barriers and grandstands were being assembled for the Historic Grand Prix the following day and the "regular" Grand Prix the following week. The changes in elevation and sharp turns make a challenging course. Even the non-racing cars we saw caught Jeff's eye. The changing of the guards at the Palace was overrated.

Our good friend, Phil, has a sweet dog named Chloe. We were amazed to see Chloe (or her rich European cousin) twice in one day. She was shopping at the market and enjoying the view at a café.
