Jeff & Michele's European Vacation

One of the first things we did upon boarding the ship was to make a reservation for the private dining room. The Odyssey is very elegant and offered a wonderful location for a romantic dinner.
The dress code was Black Tie.
Michele was wearing a necklace with the Maltese cross we purchased the previous day in Mdina, Malta.
The night before our dinner, we won a bottle of French champagne in one of the bars while they were teaching country line dances. The bottle was NOT awarded on dance skill. The bubbly turned out to be very good and was a festive start to our meal. Michele was adventurous and tried the frog legs appetizer.
Jeff's entrée: veal
Michele's entrée: lamb chops
Our waiter, Danny, was hysterical. His jokes were corny but he took good care of us.
Jeff's dessert: chocolate thing
Michele's dessert: flan
(caramel custard)
IT WAS AN INCREDIBLE EVENING.
