The premier Tibetan meditation item. Singing bowls are sound meditation devices
used in Tibetan Buddhist monasteries. The bowl can be struck like a gong, or made to sing with a complex and harmonic tone
that draws the mind into a state of meditative mental focus. Each bowl is hammered
out of a special alloy of bronz, iron, and zinc. Some of the bowls are available
engraved with the mantra "Ohm Mani Padme" which means "Jewel of the Lotus Flower" which
is a metaphor for enlightenment of the mind.
Each singing bowl comes with a carved puja stick
and a display card with information, history and instructions.
For all the bowls specify (P) for polished finished (gold color) or (U) for unpolished finish (bronze color).
