Rudraksha Seeds
These bumpy little round seeds come from Tibet and are used to stimulate
Chi in the hands by rolling them around the palms. I like to put them
between my hands in the prayer position and just roll them around in
circles. It feels very wonderful and relaxing. The Rudraksha seeds
would be just fabulous to get your Reiki moving through your palms if
you used it just prior to starting a flow. The Jute bags are crafted by
Tibetan women and the distributor that I use for the Tibetan items is
very ethical and supports fair trade for these workers.
