YES! The damn thing is done! 64 pages in total (though the truth is, I botched up about the same number of pages during the creation of the story, so in reality I had drawn over 100 pages - some of which you're never going to see, ofcourse!), which isn't long, but it seem like an eternity to me, seeing that I started it about a year and a half ago. Luckily the holidays mean I can get it done quicker than I could while I was studying, and so here is the end result - 20 pages in 17 days. Okay okay, it should be 21 days, but my End of Millenium resolution was to get it done before 2000, which I DID! Really! I was just 4 days late in putting it up! You have to believe me!

I finally stepped on it and managed to put up 8 pages in the space of 6 days! Never mind that I still haven't managed to get out of bed before 11 o'clock every morning... maybe I will manage to meet the impossible goal I set for myself 6 days ago (in trying to get the rest of the manga up before New Years (new millenium)! Strangely enough, I've done the second half of the manga but I actually haven't done the middle part yet...I've got most of it, in other words. Never mind, the idea of getting it finished before 2000 is enough to motivate me to WORK. ^_^

I've been lazing around a bit lately...with the computer stuff anyway. Amazingly, I've only managed to put on 4 pages so far...4 pages in 8 days isn't bad though. I AM working on this and I DO want to get this finished, so I do believe I better start gearing myself up. I hope to get this whole thing up by New Years (new millenium!) but that just sounds like wishful thinking...my greatest goal lately is to get out of bed before 11, and that is difficult enough. ^_^

Exam's finally finished! Yay! That means it's holiday time. It also means I had to rush out 5 more pages - but good news, the plot is thickening and I now have more time to draw pretty pics! Well, actually, I should be striving to finish this manga, shouldn't I? I'm trying my best, my estimates is that we're nearly halfway through it. This is turning out to be longer than I originally thought, but that's not surprising because I have changed my mind about the way the story should developed a zillion times ever since I started it...I hope my next story won't have the same problem. ^_^

Well, I've managed to add 6 new pages to the story (amaaaazing), because exams are looming on the horizon. I still haven't got the explanation of the sound effects going (and I don't think I ever will), but I at least added links to each page at the title page of the manga so people don't have to go through the WHOLE thing to get to the page they want. I'm thinking of changing it into something easier to deal with later on...but wait till the holidays. As to anything else coming up in the NEAR future...? I dunno, guess I've have to see how committed I am to my exams studies!

Nothing much, at the moment, when I've got all this work piling up. I've got the Introduction page and the manga pages up, but that's about it. I intend to put up explanations for the Japanese sound affects on some of the pages (though I probably screwed them up anyway). Just in case you're wondering, I decided to draw the sound effects in Japanese because of the onomatopaeic nature of the Japanese language, which makes sound effects fit in better and look less stupid than in English. I don't know when I'll get around to doing that but eventually I will, er, yeah, eventually.
