Me, Myself, and I

Most of you think,
When no one's home,
I feel isolated,
And oh so alone.

But that's not it.
Not it at all.
When I'm alone,
I rise, not fall.

I need no mask.
I need not hide.
It's only the truth.
In Me I can confide.

I am unique,
And I am sole.
Apart from the rest,
I can be whole.

To be secluded,
For all of time,
Surely as most,
I'd lose my mind.

But if made to choose,
Seclusion or the crowd.
My simplest choice be,
Said true and proud.

Seclude me with my mind.
Seclude me from the noise.
Seclude me with the truth.
Seclude me from the lies.

Leave me by myself.
Leave me with no lies.
Leave me if you must.
Just Me, Myself, and I.
