A Summer Song
Summer day - all is quiet in the city
Time for play - the young girls sure look pretty
On my way - getting out of the ratrace
Summertime made for swimming and fun
School is out - now it's time for vacation
Day or night - You know I,ll be on the run
Leaving town - I've got no time for Manhattan
On my way to the Hamptons tonight
Now summer is how life should be
Running free like wind and sea
Together we can find that shore - together
We'll walk on the beach 'til we meet up with the sunrise
