Ian Somerhalder started modeling at the age of ten. He got his first big break when he landed Versace's Versus campaign. Behind those striking blue eyes lies a sweet, superstitious guy. As a model he has many acquaintances, but he admits that he has only two or three true friends who he can't hide anything from. Ian is also majorly sweet! When he lived in Milan, he called his then - girlfriend every day! The result? His phone bill was a million lira a month! It's not surprising to hear him say, "The truth is, nothing touches my heart like a beautiful woman." And now, the answer for the biggest question: does he have a girlfriend? No, but slow down girl! Unfortunately, there's a reasonable explanation. "When you model, you're in Paris, LA-all over the world. I used to have a girlfriend, and it was nuts, calling her from Europe all the time."
