Why Shigeru?

Well, he's probably the least streotypical role in Pokemon and he's definatly

not given enough recogniction. He's handsome, in the manga, he's proved to be smart, and he's

got good monsters...he's cool!

Stuff About Shigeru:

He's the rival of Ash Ketchum and the guy always in purple with a medallion of green and yellow.

Gary (Pokemon or dubbed show)

I have to address one topic which is often writen about, but not actually discussed.

Below are some of the Romances some people put Gary into, some

stereotypical, some....not....anyway, here's all how I look at them.

Shigeru + Satoshi:

This is one of the most common. When asked for evidence, some produce that

picture form the Viridian Gym Episode where Satoshi is holding Shigeru. Yes, it is a

YAOI relationship, but no, it's not actually proved in the show. I, personally, find that

the Shigeru/Satoshi fics are rather convincing, and strangley....romantic. I'm not a

major yaoi lover, but I do think it makes sense that Shigeru might be attracted to Satoshi.

Shigeru + Kasumi:

This is where I currently stand. I don't think they actually fall in love in the show, just

that they would go well together. Not many fics for this couple, but hey, there's always mine!
