Richard
Lull
Richard W. Lull was born in Sitka, Alaska during World War II.
The second son of 6 children, he grew up in Burien, WA where he attended Highline High School and met Mary in his junior year. They wed one year after graduation and moved to the Virgin Islands, where he worked as a construction diver for the US Dept of Interior's Techtite program.
Brian had a very special bond with his father because he introduced him to hunting and fishing at an early age. He began following his dad on deer hunts at the age of 6 and like his father, developed the love of the outdoors through their many hunting and fishing trips together.
This photo was taken on their fishing trip to Sitka last year, five months before he was to lose his battle with cancer. Dad still managed to catch the biggest fish.
