The waters of life
Ebb and flow
Where they will lead
No one may know
There is one thing I wish for
One thing I pray
That those tides will lead me
To you someday
My passion swells
Like a wave at it's crest
That current that brings me
To you is the best
The moon is my company
For now on these waves
Drifting so aimlessly
Through all my days
I know that when
I drift to your shore
I will be happy
And want nothing more
I know it will happen
Some way, some how
But, until then I drift
