Most of them have the same rules I do, though -- if you want to use their graphics, download them to your own hard drive or server, and give them a link on the page where you used the graphics. Be sure to read all the rules and regulations, though.

Includes sites that have web graphics, fonts, contests, accessories, software, tutorials, and (my personal favorite) the sites on the web where you can create your own free graphics!Digital Divas
