2. KT Enterprises reserves the rights to refuse sales of its merchandise without having to specifying any reasons whatsoever.  The consumer is thereby agreeing to the terms and conditions set by KT Enterprises and surrender all rights for any legal action against the supplier on all grounds.
3. The sales of merchandise is for recreational use only.  Unlawful use is not endorsed by KT Enterprises.  KT Enterprises shall claim no responsibility for the actions of its consumers.
4. KT Enterprise will not be held liable to any breaches of local laws or customs as it is the duty of the consumer to be aware of the laws governing his/her region.
5. Losses or damages caused to individuals or groups are not the responsibility of the supplier.  KT Enterprise will deny all economical and psychological compensations demanded by the individuals or groups concerned.
6. The consumer agrees and acknowledges that the creative rights to the merchandise shall always belong to KT Enterprise and that he/she shall not alter it in any way or resell the item for profit without the consent of the supplier.  Such breaches shall lead to the prosecution of the individual/group involved and be held liable to repayment of damages on top of legal consequences.  The maximum punishment for such an offense is death in certain governing states.
7. By agreeing to this disclaimer the consumer agrees that he/she shall forfeit the the rights to prosecute the supplier for any wrong doings involved in the transaction of any agreed deals.
8. The consumer agrees that he/she shall not report KT Enterprise to any law enforcement authorities or even speak of this transaction to any particular person, animal, plant or inanimate object, unless the party is a prospective customer of KT Enterprise.  Any breaches of this agreement shall lead to the occurence of horrific circumstances to the individual/group involved.
9. By clicking the "I Agree" button the consumer agrees to all the terms and conditions described above and any others at the discretion of the supplier.  In simple terms we're screwing you and you can't do anything about it.
