The Six Heavens of Mishna
Chapter 13


(Two days elapsed) 

The queen and Reiko had a woken. They were kept in site at all times. Not 
one minute went by without them being watched by one of the guardians. 
Koji had made Reiko stay in bed. He told her about her pregnancy and 
about Susaki. Occasionally he would let her see Susaki nut other wise she 
would remain in bed. He spoiled her rotten. 

Susaki on the other hand remained in a coma fighting for her soul. While 
Satoki stayed at her side looking utterly miserable. He hadn't slept a wink, 
his hair was a mess; his eyes were red from the lack of sleep and crying. 
Knowing Susaki will die in a week killed him. 

He felt a hand on his shoulder. "Satoki...you should try and gets some sleep..." 
Reiko whispered. She had sneaked out of her room when Koji fell asleep. 

Satoki's head snapped to her. He looked at Reiko with such a hopeless expression 
Reiko bit down her lip and her eyes glazed from the tears. Satoki's face distorted into a 
mask of sadness as he screamed: "WHY...WHY?" He started to cry. He was shaking.
"Why Susaki..." He repeated the sentence repeatedly, each cut by a sob. Reiko took the
crying Satoki in her arms, he held her like she was an anchor in his sea of sadness. 

The guardians, prince, and Queen ran into the room and bit their lips as they saw the 
scene in front of them. They had heard Satoki scream. They saw him in the arms of 
Reiko, his first love, crying like a lost child while she also shed silent tears. All knew that 
Reiko and Satoki were close even though they had broken apart. Both remained close 
friends and eventually it bloomed into a brother sister relationship. They looked at the 
bed; there they saw Susaki. She was worst than yesterday. Her skin was paler and her lips 
that used to be a cherry color was now turning blue. They all grew sadder, they had 
grown to love Susaki. She was always cheerful and there when you needed her but now 
she was leaving them. Death was taking their friend slowly away from them. 


'Suki-chan, please come back.' They said a small prayer.

(Two days afterward) 

The week was almost over and the group was slowly loosing hope. Susaki was worst. Her 
skin was completely white as snow, her lips were now totally blue and she was freezing. 
She had on ten blankets to keep warm but she was still cold. 

Satoki was not better than he was two days ago. His clothes were wrinkled; he had bags 
underneath his bloodshot eyes from lack of sleep and from the crying he has done for the 
past four days. "I lost Reiko and now...I'm losing you." He whispered. "The two most 
important women in my life and I lost you both. I don't know why fate is playing this 
cruel trick on me. Why do I need to suffer? It took Reiko away from me and now it 
comes back for more." He begins to shed tears. "Why you? Why not someone else? Why 
is it that I have to lose someone when I lost another?" 

Satoki picked up Susaki's cold hands. "Susaki...Ki-chan, you have to wake up please, just 
come back to me...If you do, I'll never leave your side. I'll be so grateful that...I'll spoil 
you rotten. Just come back! Please my love." Satoki rested his head on Susaki's stomach. 

If he had stayed up longer, he would have noticed a tear coming down her cheek.

It was the last day of the week and Susaki hasn't woken up yet. Now the group was down 
and full of worry. They had all vowed especially Satoki that if Susaki died they will hunt 
down the twins and kill them. 

They had all decided to sleep in Susaki's room even the queen was there. They wanted to 
know if she would wake in the morning. It was nighttime and everyone was sleeping. 
Satoki had managed to fall a sleep. 

Shimmer appeared above Susaki. A fairy like creature and a beautiful woman came to 
view. "Cruishiru, sprinkle the powder on her." The woman whispered. 

"Yes Kaishiaru-sama." The fairy flew down to Susaki's face. She brought out a bag and 
poured the content on her small hand, she blew softly the white powder on Susaki's face 
and traveled down her body. 

As she was doing that Kaishiaru whispered something. "Reigns of the heavens look down 
upon this lost soul, return the spirit to this shell." Cruishiru returned to Kaishiaru's side. 
There was a blur that passed over them, and descended to the hallow shell on the bed. 
Susaki stirred a little. "Why?" Came a soft whisper from Susaki as she opened her eyes. 
She saw a beautiful woman and a fairy smile down at her. 

"Because it wasn't your time. Rest now child and wake tomorrow." The woman and the 
fairy faded slowly away. 

"Thank...you." Susaki closed her eyes and fell in a peaceful dream.

NEXT DAY: 

Everyone had awoken early and had gathered around Susaki. 

Susaki stirred, she opened her eyes and blinked numerous times. "Where am I?" She 
whispered. "Satoki...Reiko...everyone?" 

All of them snapped their heads towards Susaki and saw her trying to sit up. Her hair was 
down from it's two buns and was slightly wavy. They all crowded her asking if she was 
ok, except Sinjiku. She was the only one not suffocating Susaki. "Susaki-chan." She 
called out 

Susaki and the others turned to face her 

"Are you okay?" Sinjiku watched as Susaki nodded. "Thank you from the bottom of my 
heart for trying to save my daughter. You almost perished for that and I am so grateful to 
you and honored to have you as a protector for my Reiko. You shall be granted three 
wishes ask me what you wish." Sinjiku smiled at Susaki who was in surprise. 

"Your highness that is too kind of you, and too much." Susaki responded 

"Please do not think of this as a payment but as a returned favor." 

Susaki looked at Reiko who smiled and nodded at her. her gaze fell on her hands that was 
positioned on her thighs. "I wish to know who my mother is." came a low whisper. 

The room was silent as everyone looked at her shocked that she didn't know who her 
mother was. Sure she never talked about her but they thought it was just because she 
would feel home sick. "I...I never knew who my mother was. I was told I was taken from 
her and given to my father. I've always dreamed of meeting her. I had to stay positive all 
the time so no one would catch one I didn't know who my mother was. "Susaki looked at 
the queen. "Please if it's not too much trouble...I would like to know." Susaki pleaded as 
tears glazed her deep blue eyes. 

"You are my...niece, Susaki." Sinjiku spoke to the surprise of everyone else. "You are 
related to me and Reiko. You two are cousins, your mother is...the supreme Kaishiaru the 
guardian that watches over the galaxy and destiny she is...my sister." 

"Do y-you...can you say that again please?" All of them were speechless. As they looked 
at Sinjiku. 

"You guys are cousins. My older sister is your mother, Kaishiaru." Sinjiku repeated. 

Reiko who was at the left of Susaki looked at her cousin and then her mother. "You mean 
to tell me that I have an aunt that is the guardian of time and galaxy AND Susaki is my 
cousin...as in blood related?" 

Sinjiku nodded hesitantly. 

"YES!!!" Susaki and Reiko yelled as they did a high five.

Five months past 

Everyone but the Queen was in the discussion room listening to Reiko bitch about 
everything. "Reiko please stop your bitching." Koji's eyes grew wide as he realized what 
h had just said. 

A very pregnant Reiko turned to him with the most deadliest glare she could come up 
with. "Excuse me?" She growled. "I will bitch to whoever I want, and right now you are 
the lucky man." She hissed. The guardians all took a step back and watched the scene in 
silence afraid Reiko might do something to them. "Reiko calm down please." Koji 
pleaded. 

"Like hell I will calm down! You put this child in me. Do you know how it feels to sleep 
when you're pregnant? To walk? To even take a damn shower!" Reiko yelled. Then all of 
a sudden she started crying. "I'm sick of it." She stomped her foot down like a little child. 
"I'm an elephant, I'm as big as a house!!! I'm so fat." She started crying heavier. 

Koji held her in his arms, he soon found himself pushed away. "Don't touch me! That's 
how this thing got started in the first place!" Reiko screamed in anger as all trace of tears 
disappeared. She stomped out of the room as she yelled "Get out of my way!" to Satoki 
and Kera who ere standing in front of the door. 

As soon as Reiko left they all except Koji roared in laughter. Koji stood up from the floor 
and dusted himself all in the same time glaring at the guardians, who all sobbed quickly. 
"Well, it looks like our prince is having a difficulty with our princess." Shinjoku teased as 
he placed his arms around Koji's shoulder. 

Koji glared at him, "you think?" 

"So how exactly is she like now?" Hiroshi asked 

Koji sighed. "At first she's all sweet...then she becomes bitchy...then she cries like there is 
no tomorrow...then bitchy...then a clown and last she's back to sweet." 

"poor Koji." Satoki mocked. 

"Hey! I wouldn't tease if I were you. you're next." Koji said with a slight grin 

"And what the hell is that suppose to mean, brother-in-law?" Susaki said as she pulled on 
Koji's elf ears. 

"Nothing! I meant nothing!" Koji yelled in pain. 

"KOJI!!!! WHERE IS THE PEACON ICE CREAM AND SARDINES.!!!!" Reiko yelled 
from the kitchen. 

Everyone wrinkled their nose as they repeated, "Pecan ice scream and sardines?" 

"Gross!" Midi and Akira chorused. 

"You're telling me. She eats all these weird combinations that I'm worried she would get 
food poison from them." Koji whispered. 

"KOJI!!!" Reiko yelled angrily 

Koji sighed and walked out of the room as he said. "God please end this soon." Everyone 
that heard it snickered even the guards at the door.

Four Months Later 

Reiko wiggled in her chair in the discussion room. Everyone was there. No matter what 
position she arranged herself in she just couldn't get comfortable. It seems like the baby 
had settled itself right on her bladder. She had to go to the restroom every five-min, her 
ankles were swollen, and the sound of the guardians bickering in front of her was really 
staring to get on her nerves. She rested her hand on her swelling belly thinking about how 
Koji had been on his feet since they found out she was pregnant. He spoiled her rotten. A 
pain shot across her stomach and she clutched the arm of her chair. When the pain 
subsided she looked over at Koji who fell asleep. She slapped him lightly on the arm and 
he awoke with a start. "Ku-chan wake up." She whispered." Then another pain shot 
across her stomach, the pain was twice as painful and when she clutched the arm of her 
chair it snapped in two as she doubled over. "It's time!" She yelled in pain. 

Silence rained in the room before everyone literally jumped out of their seats. "Everyone 
out! Get out now!" Koji shouted at the people who were not the guardians and Queen. 
"You go get Doctor Konji!" He barked at a poor servant. 

"Ku-chan." 

Koji swirled around hovering at his soon to be wife's side. "Yes, Do you need something? 
Some water? Do you want me to help you up? Do you need me to carry you? Is there 
anything else I can do? Are you alright? Can I...." 

"Yeah, you can shut up! And help her up." Susaki snapped. The large double doors to the 
room burst open and Koji and his wife Seira calmly walked in. They had met all of them 
and became really good friends that the queen made them the royal doctors. 

"Koji-kun would you please help her to her quarters," Seira asked addressing each one of 
them. 

Two hours later, Reiko was propped up in bed with Midi on one side and Koji on the 
other. Seira was at the foot of the bed. "Reiko, I want you to begin your breathing 
exercises the once I taught you." Seira instructed. 

"Yes, darling you remember. Like this," Koji said beginning to huff and puff while 
making exaggerated faces that made him look more like an exhausted dog then the 
Prince of Celeste. Reiko threw him a disgusted look as another contraction shook her 
body. 

"All right Reiko, I want you to push on three...1...2...3 push!" Seira said. Reiko let out a 
loud scream and reached out for Koji's hand he gave it to her and almost bit his tongue at 
the strength of her grip. "Koji...I...Swear...To...God... 
You...Will...Never...Ever...Touch...Me...Again." Reiko screamed while pushing with all 
her might and squeezing poor Koji's hand to the breaking point. She let out a long sigh 
and let go of his hand. 

"Koji are you all right?" Asked Midi as she looked over at the grimacing Koji who was 
cradling his hand gently while blowing on it. "I think she broke my hand." Midi walked 
around the bed placing a hand on Koji's. A gold glowing erupted and Koji shook at his 
hand. "Thanks." He said grimly looking over at a heaving Reiko.

"Why didn't you do the *ahem* instead of your wife?" Satoki asked and received a smack 
on the back of his head from a five month pregnant Susaki. 

"Stupid." She grumbled and walked away. 

"I don't think Reiko would be too comfortable if I had done it." Konji answered. 

"It's not like she would be able to tell the difference with all the pain she's going 
through." Oshio said and ended up slapped on the back of his head by Kera, Sinjiku, and 
Susaki. "Pervert!!!" The all screamed. "Ow!" 

"I rather not take my chances." Konji said as he sweated while Koji's guardians shook 
their heads.

Ten minutes later a baby's cry erupted from the chamber of Reiko. A smiling Seira 
wrapped the baby carefully in a soft blanket and handed the tiny miracle to its mother. 
Shining red eyes peered out of the baby's wrinkled face and swath of silver hair crowned 
its head. Koji and Reiko smiled down at the miracle their love had created and knew they 
could never be happier. 

Outside, Susaki broke into a smile. 'Well he definitely sounds like Reiko when she was 
pregnant and crying.' 

Midi came out, gently shutting the door behind her. "It's a boy!" She proclaimed loudly 
with a wide smile.

Four Months 

"Mishna stop crawling and get back here." Reiko said as she picked up a four month old 
Baby Mishna. Mishna had his mother's eyes and his father's silver hair and ears. "Your 
aunt Susaki is in labor and wishes me there at her side. You're going to have a cousin." 
Reiko said as she walked towards Susaki's room. Once there, she saw the guardians 
waiting, Koji, and Konji but she did not see Midi, Seira or Satoki. 

"Sorry, I'm late. Mishna was being a clown today." She said, "Can I go in?" She asked 
Konji as Koji took Mishna from her and gave her a peck on her right cheek. 

"Yes, she's been asking for you. She said and I quote, 'This baby is not getting out of my 
fucking body until Reiko gets her lazy ass in here.'" Konji spoke with a slight grin. 

"Oh and she screamed that part out. I'm surprise you didn't hear her." Akira said as he 
raised an eyebrow up. 

"Well, I had my hands full and even if I heard her I wouldn't be able to come because 
Mishna totally destroyed my room and was crawling all over the place." Reiko grumbled. 

"Ya...goo-goo...hehe." Mishna said as he brought up his chubby hands, clapping them 
over his head. 

Kera cooed as she went over to him and picked him up. Mishna hugged her by her neck. 
"He is so adorable Reiko, Koji." Kera sighed. "I would like to have one but I'm not 
ready." She looked at Hiroshi and saw him freeze and sigh in relief and she giggled. "And 
I don't think Hiroshi is either." She added as she twirled Mishna around in the air and 
brought him down giggling. She smiled and so did everyone else. She kissed him on his 
forehead and danced around with him. 

"To bad you guys are not ready, but when you are I know you'll be good parents." Kei 
said. 

Before either one could answer they heard Susaki scream in pain as she said, "Where the 
hell is Reiko!!!" 

Everyone looked back at Reiko and grinned. "Reiko if you don't get here before the baby 
is born I'm going to kill you!!!" Their grins turned into larger grins. Reiko ran to the door 
and entered. She stayed in the shadows watching. 

"Push...Susaki, push..." Said Satoki. 

"I'm pushing...I haven't done anything else but that...Hush...for 8 hours..." Susaki said 
between her teeth. 

"Actually, it's been ten hours..." Mid started but when she saw Susaki look at her with 
daggers in her eyes she quickly added. ".... But I could be wrong...." 

Reiko bit her lip from laughing. 

"Oh someone...just take...the baby out!" Susaki screamed between pushing. 

"Don't worry, the first is always the most painful...but next time they will be less." Seira 
said. 

"Next time...LIKE HELL NEXT TIME!!! Satoki is never...touching me again..." Susaki 
growled. "Never." 

"The baby is almost out Suki-chan, it won't be long now..." Midi announced trying to help 
her. 

"MIDI!!! YOU'VE BEEN SAYING THAT FOR THE PAST FOUR HOURS, SHUT THE 
FUCK UP!!!" Midi was trying not to take it personal since Susaki's body was filled with 
pain; she decided to keep shut for the remaining of the Labor. 

"Okay Susaki, give it all your might on this final push." Seira ordered. 

Susaki let out a loud scream as she reached out for Satoki's hand. He gave it to her and 
yelled with her as Susaki crushed his hand. "Reiko...You...are...dead!!!" Susaki screamed 
while pushing with all her might. While Satoki was screaming 'let go'. 

Five minutes of screaming and torture for both parents, a baby's cry was heard. Midi went 
to heal Satoki's broken hand once Susaki let go. Reiko stepped out of the shadows. 
"Congratulation Suki-Chan. It's a girl." Reiko said as she wrapped the baby in a soft 
blanket. She walked to the panting Susaki who was glaring at her and she gave her the 
baby. "Where the hell have you been?" She hissed. 

"In the shadow watching and giving support." She smirked and kissed Susaki's forehead 
and whispered, "I'm proud of you, cousin." and left with Midi. 

Outside, Midi and Reiko stepped out and gently closed the door behind them. "It's a girl!" 
They chorused loudly with a smile.

Authors Note: Hey, I know it's a short one and it might have been boring for most of you, 
and I'm sorry about that ^^;; but the next will be more interesting and probably longer. 
For those who threaten to hunt me down if I killed Susaki off, you must be really happy I 
didn't...I know I am ^^;; Well, see you in the next chapter.
