Many courses are offered for this young age group. Courses like 'Improv!' allow students to go beyond the primary acting stage, and perform plays in an open house at the end of the year for their parent (s)/ Guardians (s). Accelerated courses, like the 'Junior Company', gives your child an experiance in performing for a live, paying audience, at the Gas Station Theatre, located in the Downtown area of Winnipeg. Students, after being accepted by audition, learn a specific role, and, under the hands of former MTC actor Joe Bahr, come up with a comical show for all to enjoy. Get into the action! A variety of great courses, with great instructors, allow you teen to have the time of their life in these courses! A sample include: 'Reel Action', where you go behind a movie set; and be a critic for moviee. 'Curtains Up!' gives your teen the experiance of getting a newspaper article; and reading it, in the voice of what is said. 'Young Company' is identical to the Junior Company.
