The idea for the video 'wrap' came about as an alternative for just doing a lower third name super for the person on stage. The green in the middle image was the area that the live video was keyed into. The SUGI23 and banjo were existing elements created by a co-worker, I incorporated it into the 'wrap' design & added a drops hadow to give it depth. I did not want this to just look like a video box so the right side was left open. I also curved the corners to mimic the banjo and also so it does not look like a vide box. SUGI stands for 'SAS Users Group International' & 23 for the number of years its been held. SUGI 23 was held in Nashville TN at the Opryland hotel. �1998 SAS Institute, Inc. |
