CABIN OF LOVE
Out in the forest there runs a trail
It leads to a cabin old and frail
The roof has almost fallen in
It's walls are made of rusty old tin
The door is hanging from its hinge
To stand on the porch would make you cringe
But out of this cabin comes a light
A beacon to all who pass in the night
A beautiful voice is heard from within
You cannot go past you have to go in
When you step inside what a wonderful sight
A mother and child in the glow of the light
She sings a sweet song to the babe in arms
And captures your heart will all her charms
A voice from behind makes you turn
There stands a young girl with eyes that burn
Dressed only in rags that have seen better days
You are pulled toward her alluring ways
Never will you forget such a wonderful sight
Mother and child and babe a delight
Deep in your heart this love will stay
Happiness surrounds you every day
Your wife and your children you love so true
In this old cabin is love just for you.
