Roger was born to a prostitute in Las Vegas and led an industrious life prior to arriving in Seattle. The picture above comes from this era, being a composite developed over several years by the Las Vegas law enforcement authorities. Apparently, he was never apprehended, nor was he positively linked with any criminal activity. He simply seemed to know the wrong people.
Few seem to place faith in this supposition, however. While he has not been linked with anything warranting arrest, his name surfaced in connection with a wide variety of crimes between 2050 and late 2054. The nearest suppositions regarding these early exploits can be found in the Denver Data Haven, hanging off inode 0x0B000C4000457FE44 in cluster AAC4. That's in the Ute records section.
What concerns this report, however, is not his past but his present. We have positively identified him only in relation to a physical body...he has been spotted at various haunts both in and out of the Barrens, not least surprising of which is the Nigel Findley Memorial Library.
Unfortunately, apart from the preceding physical profile and the attached list of positive contacts, we have been unable to link this illustrious character with anything distinctly unusual. Perhaps he's simply too new in town.
