The Levitating Bill

David Blaine did this to a woman in some other country, but I'm not sure which one.

Effect: You walk up to any person, anywhere, with no props attached to anything you borrow a dollar bill and levitate it. After you pass your hands around it, the bill is unfolded and given back.
