Swiss Movement

Effect: You borrow a swiss army knife and a credit card. After some hullaballo you try to balance the knife on it, but fail. Then, you remember something, and pull the blades out in various poses. When you balance it, it stands perfectly and can even move side to side. Materials:A borrowed credit card, and a borrowed swiss army knife(make sure it has the little tweezers) Secret 1.Politely ask someone for a swiss army knife and credit card 2. Tell them that you are going to perform a difficult feat, requiring both natural balance, and mental power. 3.Hold up the credit card directly vertical, and try to place the closed knife on it pointing straight up. Make sure to drop it, giving the impression that this is hard to accomplish 4.Explain that you forgot something very important, and pull out the blades in various positions. 5. Place the knife on the card, concentrating very hard KEYPOINT: pull out the little tweezers and hold with thumb 6. It will look like knife is balancing on credit card. At this point make it look like this is taking great deal of effort 7. Put up your other hand and wave it near the knife 8. At the same time move your other thumb to look like your hand is controlling movement of knife. 9. After this is done for a little while push tweezers back in. You can hand everything back for examination. NOTE: if no one has swiss army knife can use your on...not same effect though.
