We are allowing both Camarilla, Sabbat, and Kindred of the East vampires, also taking Mages, and Were-creatures, although all were-folk that aren't Garou are restricted and will be ruled on by all council members, the vote must be majority.
Character creation rules are as follows, Normal starting "dots" plus an extra 100
exp. Generation is limited to 7th and higher, no KoE over Dharma rating 5, no Mages with
Aręte over 3, Were-creatures limited to rank 2. All normal Kindred should be made with V:tM Char Generator (which you can download by clicking here). When you are done with your making your char, save the file, and E-mail it as an attachment to [email protected]
