Yups, the time is ALMOST here! The long awaited Escaflowne Movie is scheduled for release sometime in the Spring of 2000. Basically, it's supposed to be a re-telling of the series, almost a summary, but with new angles and turns, plus some NEW characters!!! A big change however, is the costumes of the characters, I guess the staff wanted a fresh creative start. From what I've heard, everyone who worked on the TV series will be involved in the movie as well, including directors, animators, seiyuus (except for Millerna's voice actress, Izuka Mayumi), and music (maybe Yoko-sama will create a whole new score!)
