weighing options
weighing me down
waiting
more waiting
hesitating
suffocating
within these walls of air
in a decomposing city
fat cows getting fatter
pale moons getting paler
a momentary reflection of her
face
on the still water -- peaceful,
lovelorn; innocence regained
retained
