I have this strange obsession with false eyelashes. I want to know how to do you put them on flawlessly?

This is what I do:

I do all my eyemakeup first and save the lashes for last. I apply a little mascara to my natural lashes first. Then I line my eyes with a cake eyeliner to create a heavy solid line. This might be kind of exaggerated in real makeup but with false eyelashes it serves to emphasize the lashline better. Then I apply eyelash adhesive (Duo is the best brand) in one thin strip along the edge of the false lash. Do this carefully and slowly so as not to get too much adhesive on it. Never put the adhesive directly on your skin near the eyes. Then I carefully curve the lashes a bit to mimic the shape of the eye before applying them. Then I line the lashes up to the curve of my eye. Be careful to place the lashes on the very edge of your natural lash line, and not too high up on the lid. Gently press down to secure the lash to your lash line. Then I carefully go over the lashes with a light coat of mascara in a matching color to merge the false lashes with my natural lashes. Et voila! Lashes to die for!

Where can I get eyebrow cover?

A great place to get heavy duty makeup in New York is Alcone. I know alot of drag queens and professional makeup artists, as well as actors go there for theater and professional quality makeup. Alcone is on West 19th st. if I recall (off of 6th Ave. I think). I've been there but the exact address escapes me. Call 1-212-555-1212 for Manhattan information and ask for the number for Alcone. They have brands like Kryolan, which I know makes a beard cover and a tatoo cover. If Alcone doesn't have eyebrow cover then no one does!
