What makes us see what most cannot
Why we perceive so differently
A DNA helix of unknown origin
Or some departure from the NORMAL growth tangent
Matured in some spiritual matrix
Or just dropped on our heads
In marked contrast
We attempt to intermix
Defying classification
Damned to eventual withdrawal
There are others we find
Who share these traits
Grouped only by miscellanea
Individually unique
Some power defying description
Ethereal fluid in our veins
An influential presence
And thoughts that raise most brows
Exposed for us? What they can't see
But there for you and me
