MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) is a process by which many sell all kinds of goods. In an MLM company the distributors/sales people do the sdvertising, and the advertising budget is passed on in commissions. Most people who try MLM fail. Frankly, it takes a really good salesman to succeed in normal MLMs. That is where the feeder program comes in.
In MLM a person may sell products, and earn a commission. That person amy also sponsor other people, and earn commissions on everything that they sell. If some of those people sponsor others, both they and the first person earn commissions on everything that those new people sell. If those new people sponsor...
And it just goes on and on.
Some companies let you earn commissions on 10 to 20 levels of people who are sponsored under you. Other companies let you earn commissions on less levels, but the commissions are higher.
With this kind of marketing plan, and some good hard work, a person can end up earning commissions on the efforts of thousands of people, whill he himself is fishing or playing golf.

WHAT IS A FEEDER PROGRAM?

A feeder is a program that pays a person's way into other programs, and buys the product for that person so that he can gain commissions without making sales. A person completes a feeder program by sponsoring a certain number of people, or by having a certain number of people placed under him. Of course here you are depending on a lot of people to do their jobs, but many don't. That is where a forced matrix helps out.
