Mickey and Minnie's first picture. The pictures will get better as
they get used to having a camera in their face. They don't seem to
mind the video camera too much, but they don't care at all for the
digital camera at this time.

Meet the first members of my parrotlet family, Mickey and Minnie. They came to live with us on September 11, 1999. They are a 3 years old pair of Pacific Parrotlets. These tiny bundles of energy come from South America, and have been bred in many beautiful mutations. My favorites are the Lutino and the Blue, both of which I hope to have some day. But for now I am enjoying
my little green angels. I can't wait to see my first little parrotlet babies. I will keep this page
updated with their progress.

As you can see they are quickly getting used to the camera.
