A. Mullins & [sic] are held and firmly bound
unto N.B. Mardis Judge of Probate of Shelby County State of Alabama
and his Successors in office in the Sum of Three hundred dollars
for the payment of which well and truly to be made. We and each of
us do bind ourselves our heirs, representatives & etc, firmly by these
presents Sealed with our Seals and dated 15th day of June 1863.
Now the condition of the above is Such that whereas the above bound
J.A. Mullins has been duly appointed administrator of the Estate
of John Littleton deceased. Now if said J.A. Mullins shall well and
truly perform all the duties which are or may be by law required
of him as administrator aforesaid then the above obligation to be void
else to remain in full force and Virtue. Witness our hands and

Her tombstone says November 6, 1855. Her death certificate says Dec. 21, 1859. In the 1860 census she is listed with her parents as months old which would indicate she was born between November and December, 1859. Parents: Isaac LITTLETON and Rutha Ann NIX.

She was married to Thomas J. HILL about 1875 in (probably) Alabama. Children were: Mary Catherine HILL, Charles HILL, Isaac Thomas HILL, John HILL, Louisa HILL, Tilda HILL, Joseph HILL.
