The Operator reserved the right to make changes and alterations in the itinerary, hotel or sightseeing as may found necessary for the proper handling of tours. Additional expenses, if any, caused thereby shall be borne by the passengers. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time that passengers are not on board their conveyance. If, for any technical reasons, passengers were not able to visit any of the sights, due to bad weather, flight cancellations, or any other reasons, a refund of the missing portion such as air ticket and applied entrance fee will be made at no additional cost or expense or liability to Karnak Travel, Inc. If EgyptAir, the local airline of Egypt, could not accommodate passengers to Luxor and Aswan for any given reason or circumstance beyond control, the train will be used as substitution. Therefore, a refund of the difference will be given at no extra liability to Karnak Travel, Inc. If passengers were subjected to a lower class hotel for any reason, Karnak Travel, Inc. will allow for adjustment accordingly. (Using the official Egyptian Government hotel price list), but at no additional cost or liability to Karnak Travel, Inc. Karnak Travel, Inc. reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour should such person?s health or mental condition or physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour and the rights, welfare or enjoyment of the other tour members.
