GENERAL DATA
|
The 76-78 Dodge Chargers shared a body style with the Chrysler Cordoba line,
round parking lamps between the grille and single front headlights gave the front
end its distinctive look. There were several different charger models offered
including the S.E. and the Daytona models. The S.E. models were a luxury version
of the base Charger and were powered by motors ranging from the 318 to the 400 c.i.d.
The Daytona was a option on the S.E. which featured distinctive two tone paint jobs
and special "Charger Daytona" lettering on the doors,fenders and the trunk.
