The Mercedes-Benz is a finely crafted luxury car. It was founded by Carl Benz and Gottlieb Daimler. The Mercedes was name after Emil Jellinek's daughter Mercedes. He was the leding promotor of the new Daimler motor cars. 1926 is when Daimler Motoren-Gellschaft and Benz & cie merged. The company was now call Daimler-Benz & the car was call mercedes-Benz. The first Mercedes was built in 1902,it was extermly different form the horseless carriges; which it replaced.It's was a 4 cylinder car, with a 5.3-liter engine, it went 40mph at 1050rpm.
