My background as a professional writer, trainer, and teacher enables me to perform technical writing and user training with confidence.
A sound foundation based on recent technical writing experience:
two federal government departments and CV Services International - produce a user manual and various communication media, and
production of procedural documentation for a library records management system.
Other: edited and written marketing material for a graphic design studio; a teacher and coordinator/trainer in Japan; composed a marketing package for an artist; extensive experience in tutoring English as a Second Language; public service experience that honed my editing and report-writing skills.
