and cheif of the Overwatch program. His easy going demeanor hides a fiercely loyal
solder who will follow orders to his own death. Loyal to the philosphies and command
structure of the UAA, he has decided to devote his remaining years promoting Algolian
Peace.
The General's background is strickly military. He
fought in the first mekton war, and served officer during the Archipelago war. A
friend of the old King, he promised to see Elara safe. His way of keeping this
promise is to insure peace on the planet. His family was killed recently in an Axis
attack.
A good, if firm commander, his even temper and diplomatic
abilities make him popular among superiors and underlings alike.
