Hello and Welcome!
About me.
My name is Kit Hutchison and I would like to tell you something about myself and the work I am doing. I am half Native American, half Scott and was raised by my very traditional Amerindian grandfather. I am principle leader of an Amerindian inter-tribal council here in MO and am active in the professional archaeologist association. I firmly believe in assisting those that are in the pursuit of knowledge and therein lies my the reason behind my madness. In other words just ask.

My Profession
I am an Anthropologist of Amerindian Civilizations and specialize in Mississippian Temple Mound Builders. These cultures have played an important part in the American saga and attitudes about them affect us still today. I teach Amerindian Philosophy and Amerindian Civilizations at East Central College in Union MO. The other reason I pursue this field is I think the cultures are pretty cool.
My Scottish Side
I am addicted to both sides of my ancestory and find the two cultures blend very nicely. In fact they are quite similar. I play bagpipes and other folk instruments for relaxation. Yes, I often wear kilts too.*G*
