This agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the City of Vancouver, Washington as well as Province of Vancouver, Canada. The designated Venue for litigating any dispute under this agreement shall be in the appropriate court in Clark County, Vancouver (WA) and or Kitchener/Waterloo, Ontario (Canada).
