SJAB is hierarchically structured so that every department can effectively discharge its duties whilst coordination. Their objective- betterment through dedication.

Let's us look into the various departments and the NCOs responsible for each department:

Secretaries

Responsible for the massive administrative work inclusive of publishing division notices and notes, updating of members' curriculum vitae and maintaining of research resources

Uniform

Plays a significant logistical role in maintaining the quality and the supply of uniforms. Ceremonial uniform comes under its responsibility too.

Training

Organizes and plans for all the enterprises bring out the fervent spirit of service and endurance in us. Responsible for the cadet proficiency badges and national youth achievement awards.

Public Duty

Highly operational, taking care of all the service schedules to the school and the public. Their records of activities are valuable to the Administrative Department for updating purpose.

General Affairs/Recreation/Welfare

Planning leisure camps in December, arranging educational visits and compiling song books are their scope of work. Their work bonds everyone in the SJAB closer. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of St John rooms at all times and plan out the duty roster.

General Store

Sees to other logistic areas of equipments supply and operational support.

First Aid/Home Nursing

Take care if nursing equipment like the bed sheets, blankets, kidney pans and accountable for the First Aid equipment.

Video/Photographic

Capture all the endeavors of the zealous members through photography and video. Caters to additional orders of sweet memories as well.
