Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I am willing to ship
international orders. However, there are a few thing that should be
noted. Firstly, it will be marked on the papers for customs, that the recipient
is responsible for all duties and taxes levied by the recipients
country.
Secondly, I will only ship to an
international location were the billing address and shipping address are within
the same country. Basically, I am not legally allowed to ship to one
country and then bill the recipient in a different country from that.
Thirdly, shipping is calculated
automatically at the time of checkout, and it is based on the weight of the
order and the location of the shipping destination. All shipping is
calculated using the chosen shipping carrier's table of prices along with a set
fee of $4.00 (to handle shipping materials).
Lastly, shipment will not take
place until 7 to 10 business days after payment is received and cleared.
This is due to security reason. This also allows for the time needed to
guarentee arrangements with my distributors in case I do not have the item
currently in stock.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes & No. I can only
accept credit card payments through www.paypal.com
only.
I do not have an offline merchant account set up. I have no intentions of
signing up for an offline merchant account. This is for two reasons:
1) I cannot afford the fees for an offline merchant account with out
raising my prices. I would rather keep my prices low for the sake of my
customers.
2) www.paypal.com is a
wonderful, and completely secure service. It allow anyone to use
they credit card to make payment to another. In fact, transactions on
PayPal are much faster than using an offline merchant account service. The
is no foreseeable reason that someone would not want to use this service, unless
they are wanting to conduct fraudulent transactions (this is a common scheme that
is going around right now - that I will have nothing to do with).
How long will it take to receive my order?
The sequence of events for most orders are as follows:

They are completely sealed, brand
new, and never opened. I never open the electronic merchandise.
All I do is take the box that it comes in (straight from the
manufacturers) and put it into another box of my own strictly for
shipping.
What kind of warrantees or guarantees do you offer?
All merchandise is returnable within
thirty days for replacement only. Please note, that if you decide to not
purchase the shipping insurance at the time of checkout, no return will be
accepted. If the merchandise is faulty and has a manufacturer's warrantee,
it is the customer's responsibility to contact the manufacturers for details.
Is my personal information safe and confidential?
Please understand that your personal data entered anywhere throughout this
website, will NEVER be shared with anyone, without your personal approval ahead
of time. We value our customers highly, and completely respect their
rights to confidentiality.
