Background

Shiri Appleby was born in Los Angeles on Dec. 7 1978, the daughter of Jerry & Dina Appleby. Shiri has been acting since age 4, making her way onto our screens in many commercials. Apart from her acting career, Shiri is studying English at the University of Southern California, however she is currently taking a break to concentrate on her acting career.

Whilst interviewed by Rolling Stone , Shiri describes her high school experience as normal-- edited the yearbook, was part of student government and she cheerleaded,.

Previous Work

Shiri is already a seasoned performer who started acting at the age of four in commercials for Taco Bell, cheerios and M&M's just to name a few.

Shiri has had many guest appearance on many shows such as 7th Heaven, Dougie Houser MD, ER and Xena: Warrior Princess. However it wasn't until her role of Millie in the black comedy "I Love You To Death", that people started to notice Shiri's talents.

Her biggest breakthrough to date no doubt has been the highly rated series "Roswell", in which she plays part-time waitress, Liz. This series is now well into its second season.

Shiri has also appeared in a number of films most recently "The Thirteenth Floor", in which she played a 1930's call girl.

Shiri stared in the movie "Deal of a Lifetime". She plays 'Laurie Petler', the Most Popular Girl in Highschool, who goes on a date with fellow student that sells his soul to the devil for the privilege.
