Alps Mountaineering 1

This was a fairy typical shot - In the bottom of the valley was a fairly well graded path. The Snow level was about 3000m, where we normally roped up together for safety over Crevasses.

Helmets, harnesses and Ice axes being the norm in the soft snow.

Glassier Sunglasses reduced the glare of both the direct sunlight and reflection off the snow

This is a picture of my group climbing up about a grade 2 scramble. We are still roped together after walking on snow.

We Abseiled this bit to come down it later in the day.
